Mr. Muhammad Nisar has done B.A. B.Ed, from Punjab University and 03 year Diploma in Arabic Language Saudia School. Besides this he accomplished training from MDF Netherlands for formulation of Islamabad Capital Territory (ICT) Public Education Sector Plan (ESP)in year 2013, ESP was published in 2014 Furthermore, he visited the Education Departments) and Institutions at Johannesburg, Durban, Pretoria o Cape town in South Africa in year 2012, d, Star Elementary School Nijmegen, Netherlands in 2013 and Holy Oak Elementary school San Jose, CA United State of America in 2014. He attended various in service training workshops on Educational Technologies, School Management, and Reflective Teaching Course during service in Islamabad which were organized by Federal Directorate of Education (FDE) with the collaboration of Ministry of Education USAid, GIZ International, Plan international and British Council. On account of his commitment and experience he served as Principal Area Education Officer, Deputy Director (P&D), Director (Planning & Development) and as a teacher also in Federal Directorate of Education Islamabad. In order to promote scouting, he also served as Deputy Commissioner (Scouts) inFDE, Mr. Zakaria formulated more than 45 PC-Is of the development projects for establishing new educational institutions up gradation/providing additional physical facilities in the educational institution (primary Schools to College Level) functioning under FDE Islamabad. These projects were also monitored & evaluated physically and financially. He has visited 400 institutions in ICT to examine the education facilities and their requirements, He has 39 years experience in the field of Education. Now he is Principal in Qurtuba School (MPCHS) B-17 Islamabad.
